Turkey Pinwheels with Cranberry Spread

Instructions
- Mix the softened cream cheese with cranberry salsa until well combined and refrigerate.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the tortillas.
- Add spinach leaves on top of the cream cheese mixture, pressing down slightly.
- Layer turkey slices on top of the spinach.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to hold shape, then slice into ½-inch pieces.
