Ingredients

The cranberry spread

  • 1 block (8 oz) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cranberry salsa

The pinwheels

  • 2 large whole grain tortillas
  • 12 slices smoked turkey breast
  • 24 leaves fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese with cranberry salsa until well combined and refrigerate.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the tortillas.
  3. Add spinach leaves on top of the cream cheese mixture, pressing down slightly.
  4. Layer turkey slices on top of the spinach.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to hold shape, then slice into ½-inch pieces.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
