Turkey Cranberry Flatbreads

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2. Lightly mist a small skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
- 3. Place the flatbread on the middle rack of the oven and bake for about 3½ minutes until firm.
- 4. Remove the flatbread and spread the gravy over it, leaving space around the edges.
- 5. Top with wilted spinach, dollops of cranberry sauce, chopped turkey, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- 6. Return the flatbread to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts and edges brown.
- 7. Slice and serve immediately.
