Turkey Cranberry Flatbreads

Ingredients

The flatbread

  • 1 piece Flatout Light Original Flatbread

The toppings

  • ½ cup fresh torn spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon turkey gravy
  • 2 tablespoons whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 oz chopped cooked skinless turkey breast
  • ¾ oz 50% reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. 2. Lightly mist a small skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. 3. Place the flatbread on the middle rack of the oven and bake for about 3½ minutes until firm.
  4. 4. Remove the flatbread and spread the gravy over it, leaving space around the edges.
  5. 5. Top with wilted spinach, dollops of cranberry sauce, chopped turkey, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  6. 6. Return the flatbread to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts and edges brown.
  7. 7. Slice and serve immediately.
