Turkey Cranberry and Grilled Brie Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices cranberry walnut bread
  • 6 slices brie cheese (rind removed)
  • 4 slices turkey breast (about 6 ounces)
  • ΒΌ cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 whole avocado
  • 2-3 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a skillet on medium.
  2. 2. Butter one side of each piece of bread.
  3. 3. On the unbuttered side of 2 slices of bread, layer half of the brie, half of the cranberry sauce, 2 slices of turkey, and a few avocado slices.
  4. 4. Place another slice of bread on top, buttered side up, cover with a lid, and grill in the skillet until the bread is golden.
  5. 5. Flip the sandwich, cover again with the lid, and cook until the cheese melts and the bottom piece of bread is golden.
  6. 6. Cut in half and serve hot.
