Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey Sandwich

Instructions
- Spread cranberry sauce on each slice of bread.
- Layer turkey breast and prosciutto on top.
- Warm the brie in the microwave for 5 to 10 seconds and spread over the turkey and prosciutto.
- Top with arugula and season with salt and pepper if desired.
- Slice the sandwich and enjoy.
