Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 slices whole wheat bread
  • ΒΌ cup cranberry sauce
  • 6 to 8 slices turkey breast
  • 4 to 6 slices prosciutto
  • 4 ounces creamy brie
  • 1 handful arugula
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Spread cranberry sauce on each slice of bread.
  2. Layer turkey breast and prosciutto on top.
  3. Warm the brie in the microwave for 5 to 10 seconds and spread over the turkey and prosciutto.
  4. Top with arugula and season with salt and pepper if desired.
  5. Slice the sandwich and enjoy.
