Turkey Sandwich with Brie and Cranberry

Instructions
- Slice the ends off the baguette and then slice it lengthwise, creating a pocket by removing some of the bread inside.
- Combine the rosemary and mayo, then spread it generously on both pieces of bread.
- Spread the brie on the bottom piece of bread.
- Add the turkey, followed by generous spoonfuls of cranberry sauce on top.
- Sprinkle freshly ground pepper over the toppings and layer with arugula.
- Place the top half of the baguette on the sandwich and compress it to combine the flavors.
- Slice the sandwich into 2-inch serving sizes and store in a Tupperware container, layering tightly.
