Turkey Cranberry Brie Sandwich Panini

Ingredients

  • 2 slices hearty white or wheat bread
  • to taste Dijon mustard
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices deli turkey meat or leftover cooked turkey
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 6 to 8 leaves baby spinach
  • to taste Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Spread Dijon mustard on one slice of bread.
  2. Layer Brie cheese, turkey, cranberry sauce, and spinach on top.
  3. Add another layer of Brie cheese and top with the second slice of bread.
  4. Butter the outsides of the sandwich or heat butter in a skillet until sizzling.
  5. Cook the sandwich in the skillet, pressing down, and flipping halfway until golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Serve immediately.
