Butter for grilling
Instructions
- Spread Dijon mustard on one slice of bread.
- Layer Brie cheese, turkey, cranberry sauce, and spinach on top.
- Add another layer of Brie cheese and top with the second slice of bread.
- Butter the outsides of the sandwich or heat butter in a skillet until sizzling.
- Cook the sandwich in the skillet, pressing down, and flipping halfway until golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
