Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Spread cranberry sauce on the bread slices.
- Top the bread with turkey and cheese slices.
- Place the assembled melts on a baking sheet and bake until the cheese is melted, about 7-10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with arugula, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
