Instructions
- Prepare the cranberry chutney by combining cranberries, orange juice, orange zest, and maple syrup in a saucepan. Boil for 5-7 minutes, then reduce heat and cook until cranberries burst, about 10 minutes. Cool in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350°F-400°F).
- Form ground turkey into six 1/3 lb patties, season with salt and pepper, and grill for 4 minutes on each side. Add fontina cheese on top and allow to melt for 15 seconds.
- Toast the buns for 30 seconds to 1 minute per side.
- Assemble the burgers with the bottom bun, 1 tablespoon of spicy mayo, mashed avocado, turkey burger, cranberry chutney, and arugula.
