Ingredients

The burger

  • 2 patties ground turkey
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 2 buns brioche
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ cup arugula
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • 2 eggs

Chipotle Aioli

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp chipotle powder
  • ½ tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • pinch pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chipotle aioli by mixing all ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Grill the turkey patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, adding cheese just before they finish cooking.
  3. Brush the brioche buns with melted butter and grill them until golden brown.
  4. Cook the eggs to your preference (sunny side up, over easy, or over medium) on a greased skillet.
  5. Assemble the sandwich starting with chipotle aioli on the bottom bun, followed by arugula, avocado, the cheese-topped turkey patty, and the cooked egg. Top with more aioli and the top bun.
