Ingredients

The flatbread

  • 1 slice Flatout Light Original Flatbread

The toppings

  • 2 slices center cut bacon
  • 1 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fat free sour cream
  • teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 oz 50% reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 pieces cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ - 1 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook the bacon until crisp and set aside to drain, then chop or crumble it.
  3. Bake the flatbread for about 4 minutes until firm.
  4. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the crumbled bacon together.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the flatbread, leaving space around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and half of the chopped tomatoes on top.
  7. Return the flatbread to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges brown.
  8. Top with shredded lettuce, remaining bacon, and tomatoes.
  9. Slice and serve immediately.
