Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the bacon until crisp and set aside to drain, then chop or crumble it.
- Bake the flatbread for about 4 minutes until firm.
- Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the crumbled bacon together.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on the flatbread, leaving space around the edges.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese and half of the chopped tomatoes on top.
- Return the flatbread to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges brown.
- Top with shredded lettuce, remaining bacon, and tomatoes.
- Slice and serve immediately.
