Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain and crumble it.
- Mist a skillet with cooking spray, heat it, and cook the corn for about a minute.
- Add salt, pepper, and minced garlic to the corn and cook for another minute, then remove from heat.
- Place the flatbread in the oven for about 4 minutes until firm.
- Spread the cheese wedges on the flatbread, then layer with corn, bacon, and tomatoes.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 4-5 minutes until the edges are browned.
- Sprinkle chives on top, slice, and serve immediately.
