Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Add the corn and cook for another minute.
- Stir in the water and taco seasoning, then remove from heat.
- Place the flatbreads on the oven rack and bake for about 4 minutes until firm.
- Spread taco sauce on each flatbread, leaving space around the edges.
- Top with the beef mixture and half of the chopped tomatoes.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and return to the oven for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Add shredded lettuce and remaining tomatoes on top before slicing and serving.
