Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly mist a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Cut each Flatout Foldit down the center to create two flatbreads and press each half into the muffin tin to form cups.
- Bake the cups for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
- While the cups bake, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, then drain the grease.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the beef, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
- Fill each baked cup with about 3 tablespoons of taco meat, then top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and 2 teaspoons of guacamole.
- Garnish with cilantro if desired.
