Ingredients

The cups

  • 6 pieces Flatout Foldit Artisan Flatbreads

The filling

  • 1 lb 95% lean ground beef
  • 1 oz packet of taco seasoning
  • ½ cup water
  • ¾ cup shredded lettuce
  • 6 pieces grape tomatoes, chopped
  • 8 tablespoons prepared guacamole
  • to taste cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly mist a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Cut each Flatout Foldit down the center to create two flatbreads and press each half into the muffin tin to form cups.
  3. Bake the cups for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
  4. While the cups bake, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, then drain the grease.
  5. Add taco seasoning and water to the beef, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Fill each baked cup with about 3 tablespoons of taco meat, then top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and 2 teaspoons of guacamole.
  7. Garnish with cilantro if desired.
