Taco Lettuce Cups

Bibb or Boston lettuce, peeled into cups

avocados, peeled, pitted and diced

fresh salsa

plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground meat and sauté until fully cooked, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Stir in the black beans and spices, then add water and simmer until thickened.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Spoon the taco meat into lettuce cups and top with avocado, salsa, and Greek yogurt.
- Serve immediately.
