BLT Dip

Ingredients

  • 12 slices center cut bacon
  • 2 (8 oz) blocks 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • cup fat free sour cream
  • 4 oz 50% reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 5 oz shredded 2% Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt & pepper
  • 1 cup diced, seeded tomatoes
  • 1 ½ cups shredded iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crisp and crumble into small pieces.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 2 QT baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, Mozzarella, mustard, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, ¼ cup of crumbled bacon, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. Spread the mixture in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with remaining bacon, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce. Serve hot.
