Turkey Cranberry Quesadilla

light original flatout or other high fiber/low point wrap or tortilla

1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened

dried thyme

whole berry cranberry sauce, homemade or canned

cooked turkey breast

balsamic glaze
Optional ingredients

Instructions
- Lay the wrap on a clean surface and spread cream cheese over one half.
- Sprinkle thyme over the cream cheese and spread cranberry sauce on top.
- Layer turkey over the cranberry sauce and add spinach if desired.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the turkey, then fold the wrap over the filling.
- Mist a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium.
- Place the filled quesadilla in the skillet and mist the top with cooking spray.
- Cook for about 2 minutes on each side until golden and heated through.
