Ingredients

  • 4 leaves fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato paste
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 2 oz. sliced provolone cheese
  • 4 oz. sliced turkey
  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla

Instructions

  1. Spread sun-dried tomato paste on the tortilla.
  2. Layer turkey slices and cheese on top of the tomato paste.
  3. Add fresh spinach and basil leaves.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly to keep all ingredients wrapped.
  5. Slice the roll up into pinwheels using a sharp knife.
  6. Insert a toothpick in each pinwheel to hold it together.
  7. Serve immediately or store in a meal prep container for later.
