whole wheat tortilla
Instructions
- Spread sun-dried tomato paste on the tortilla.
- Layer turkey slices and cheese on top of the tomato paste.
- Add fresh spinach and basil leaves.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to keep all ingredients wrapped.
- Slice the roll up into pinwheels using a sharp knife.
- Insert a toothpick in each pinwheel to hold it together.
- Serve immediately or store in a meal prep container for later.
