Creamy Smoky White Beans in Garlicky Tomato Sauce

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Sauté red onions and garlic for 5 minutes until onions are translucent.
- Add sea salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning, then reduce heat to medium.
- Cook for a few minutes, then add white wine and stir to combine; cook for 3 minutes.
- Add cannellini beans, tomato sauce, and liquid smoke; stir thoroughly.
- Bring to high heat for 2 minutes, then reduce to a simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Turn off heat, stir in spinach, and let it sit for 2 minutes to wilt.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt or lime juice if desired. Serve with your favorite starches.
