Ingredients

The shrimp

The sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2 minutes, then flip them over.
  3. Add soy sauce and lemon juice, cooking for another 2 minutes.
  4. Remove shrimp to a serving plate.
  5. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar, paprika, and garlic powder to make the sauce.
  6. Serve shrimp with vegetables, rice, or noodles, and the Yum Yum Sauce on the side.
