Hibachi Shrimp with Yum Yum Sauce

Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2 minutes, then flip them over.
- Add soy sauce and lemon juice, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Remove shrimp to a serving plate.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar, paprika, and garlic powder to make the sauce.
- Serve shrimp with vegetables, rice, or noodles, and the Yum Yum Sauce on the side.
