Instructions
- Clean the shrimp by rinsing them under cold water, then pat them dry.
- Prepare the batter by combining the ingredients in one bowl and mixing the sauce ingredients in another bowl.
- Coat the shrimp in the batter, then heat oil for deep-frying.
- Deep fry the shrimp until golden brown, then transfer them to a paper towel-lined bowl.
- Toss the fried shrimp in the sauce until well coated and serve immediately.
