Instructions
- Prepare the shrimp by removing the shell and deveining it.
- Score the shrimp's belly 2-3 times and snap the muscle to prevent curling.
- Mix the egg, flour, water, and mayonnaise to make a batter.
- Coat the shrimp with the batter, then roll in panko crumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to around 180 °C (356 °F).
- Fry the shrimp until crispy and golden brown on both sides, then drain on paper towels.
- Serve the fried shrimp with salad and Tartar sauce.
