One-Bowl Orange-Ricotta Pound Cake

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and ricotta until blended.
- Add the oil and liqueur, whisking until blended.
- Incorporate the sugar, salt, and orange zest, whisking again.
- Add the baking powder and whisk to combine.
- Fold in the flour using a spatula until no dry flour is visible.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
