Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and prepare a round cake pan.
- Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add eggs one at a time.
- Incorporate orange zest and mix in the flour and orange juice until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan before unmolding and serving.
