Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (325°F) and grease a 10-inch pan with cooking spray.
- Cream the butter and sugar together at high speed until fluffy and white, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Sift in the flour and baking powder, then add the orange zest, juice, almond extract, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until fully combined and scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and tap to remove air bubbles.
- Bake for about 45-50 minutes until a tester comes out clean.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack and serve with powdered sugar or orange curd.
