Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchini to make zoodles and transfer them to serving bowls.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all the sauce ingredients until well mixed.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the garlic until aromatic.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and stir-fry until it turns white.
- Pour in the sauce and stir continuously until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
- Add the scallions to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Top the zoodles with the chicken mixture, toss gently, and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
