Quinoa Fried Rice with Teriyaki Sauce

Instructions
- Make the teriyaki sauce by whisking together all ingredients in a small container and set aside.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high to high heat and add the oil.
- Add the diced carrot, diced bell pepper, and frozen edamame to the hot oil and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Once the vegetables are tender, add the white parts of the green onion, quinoa, and teriyaki sauce.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce is absorbed and the quinoa is golden.
- Turn off the heat and add the remaining green onion. Serve topped with sesame seeds and black pepper.
