Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the flours, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
- In a blender, combine the banana, maple syrup, milk, and apple cider vinegar, and blend until smooth.
- Add the dry ingredients to the blender and pulse until well mixed.
- Add the walnuts and pulse to chop them in.
- Pour the mixture into a prepared muffin tin.
- Bake for 24-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out dry with crumbs.
