Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk to remove clumps.
- Make a well in the center and add the wet ingredients.
- Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped apples.
- Pour the mixture into a prepared muffin tin.
- If using toppings, sprinkle on the coconut sugar and arrange apple slices.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until slightly browned and a toothpick comes out clean.
