Asparagus and Feta Crustless Quiche

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a 9-inch pie dish with nonstick spray.
- Trim the asparagus and chop the green onions.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, half and half, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the asparagus and green onions in the bottom of the pie dish, then pour the egg mixture over them.
- Top with feta cheese and chives.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until the egg is set and the edges are golden.
