Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to package directions in salted boiling water.
- Grill the corn until lightly charred, then cut it off the cob.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked pasta, corn, black beans, bell pepper, green onions, cilantro, cherry tomatoes, jalapeno, coriander, salt, lime zest, and the Chipotle Ranch Dressing.
- Adjust seasoning with more chipotle powder, lime juice, and salt to taste.
