The wet ingredients

Instructions
- 1. Combine almond flour, salt, baking soda, and ginger in a large bowl.
- 2. In a medium bowl, mix together grapeseed oil, yacon syrup, agave nectar, and lemon zest.
- 3. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until combined.
- 4. Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- 5. Bake at 350°F for 7-10 minutes until the tops start to crack.
- 6. Cool the cookies and serve.
