Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, starch, spices, salt, and baking powder, then stir to combine.
- Add the coconut oil, maple syrup, and molasses to the dry ingredients and stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Chill the dough in the freezer for 30 minutes or in the fridge for up to 2 hours.
- Roll the chilled dough between two pieces of parchment paper to about ¼-inch thick and cut out shapes with cookie cutters.
- Place the cut-out cookies on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on your desired crispiness.
- Allow cookies to cool on the pan before transferring them to a wire rack.
- Decorate the cooled cookies as desired.
