Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and add onion, cooking until softened.
- Add ground beef to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Pour marinara sauce into the pan and heat through.
- Boil water in a pot and cook tortellini according to package directions.
- Drain tortellini and return to pot, then pour the meat sauce over and toss to coat.
- Serve garnished with parmesan cheese and parsley.
