Cheesy Baked Tortellini

Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and add halved tomatoes and minced garlic, cooking until tomatoes begin to burst.
- Add remaining sauce ingredients, bring to a simmer, then cover and reduce heat.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cook the tortellini in boiling water according to package directions.
- Drain the tortellini and combine with the sauce in the skillet.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately.
