Instructions
- Prepare broccoli by boiling it in water for 5-6 minutes until tender.
- Rinse Shirataki noodles thoroughly and cook in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes.
- Dry the noodles with paper towels and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken cubes until no longer pink.
- Remove chicken and set aside, then add butter and garlic to the skillet.
- Add cream cheese, Parmesan, and heavy cream, stirring until melted.
- Combine chicken, broccoli, spinach, and noodles in the skillet and stir until spinach wilts.
