Keto Chicken Broccoli Alfredo

Instructions
- Let the chicken come to room temperature and season with salt and pepper.
- Mince the garlic and chop the broccoli into florets.
- Heat butter in a frying pan and cook the chicken until firm and juices run clear, then remove and tent with foil.
- Add broccoli and water to the pan, cover, and steam until crisp-tender, then remove and tent with foil.
- Sauté garlic in remaining butter, then add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
- Heat cauliflower rice in another pan, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve chicken and broccoli over cauliflower rice and pour the sauce on top.
