Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchini and carrot into noodles and place them in a large bowl.
- Add red cabbage, snow peas, green onions, and cilantro to the bowl and toss lightly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges, or store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
