Creamy Avocado Dressing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Coat the inside of the oven safe bowls with cooking spray.
- Gently press a tortilla inside each bowl.
- Place the bowls on two large baking sheets.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes until evenly browned.
- If using cheese, remove the bowls 2-3 minutes before they are done, sprinkle cheese inside, and return to the oven until melted.
- Let the tortilla bowls cool in the bowls for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
- Fill the tortilla bowls with your favorite taco salad ingredients.
