Ingredients

The beef

The bowls

  • 4 pieces flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • ½ cup corn kernels
  • ½ cup kidney beans
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • 1 small avocado, sliced
  • 1 large tomato, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, continuing to cook until the onions are soft.
  3. Season the beef with salt, pepper, and spices, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
  4. Crisp the tortillas in a skillet and shape them into bowls.
  5. Fill each bowl with rice, corn, beans, cheese, avocado, and tomatoes, then garnish as desired.
