Instructions
- 1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks for 7-9 minutes until no longer pink.
- 2. Reduce the heat to medium, add taco seasoning, tomato paste, and water, stirring until combined. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until hot.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix salsa, sour cream, and ranch dressing until smooth to prepare the Salsa Ranch.
- 4. Assemble the taco bowls with your choice of base and toppings.
- 5. Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
