Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 10 seconds, then add turkey and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the turkey for 5-6 minutes, breaking it up occasionally until cooked through.
- Add chili powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper; cook for 20 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and tomato sauce, bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Assemble bowls by dividing cauliflower rice among them, topping with turkey mixture, corn, cheese, avocado, pico de gallo, cilantro, and serve with lime.
