Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Sprinkle each tortilla lightly with water, stack them on a plate, and cover with another plate. Microwave for 1 minute or until warm.
- Turn two muffin pans upside down and mist each side of a tortilla with cooking spray, centering it between 4 muffin cups to form a bowl. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Bake the tortilla bowls in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
- While the bowls are baking, spray a skillet with cooking spray, add the ground turkey, and brown it.
- Add water and taco seasoning to the skillet, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Let the tortilla bowls cool for a few minutes, then fill each with ¼ cup of meat, 1 tablespoon of cheese, 1 teaspoon of taco sauce, 4 quarters of grape tomato, and some shredded lettuce.
