Instructions
- Heat the oil in a skillet and brown the ground beef.
- Add the taco seasoning to the beef and mix well, optionally adding water.
- Divide the cooked rice among bowls and top with lettuce, black beans, tomatoes, onions, and avocado.
- Prepare the cilantro sauce by whisking together sour cream, half and half, cilantro, and salt.
- Drizzle the cilantro sauce over the assembled taco bowls.
