Ingredients

Taco Meat

  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup Water

Bowls

  • 4 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Canned black beans
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce
  • 2 medium Roma tomatoes
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • ¼ medium Red onion

Cilantro Sauce

  • cup Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Half and half
  • cup Fresh cilantro
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet and brown the ground beef.
  2. Add the taco seasoning to the beef and mix well, optionally adding water.
  3. Divide the cooked rice among bowls and top with lettuce, black beans, tomatoes, onions, and avocado.
  4. Prepare the cilantro sauce by whisking together sour cream, half and half, cilantro, and salt.
  5. Drizzle the cilantro sauce over the assembled taco bowls.
