The dressing

catalina salad dressing
For cooking

olive oil

packet
taco seasoning
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook for 3 minutes, breaking it up.
- Stir in taco seasoning and 2 tablespoons of water, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until done.
- Let the meat cool for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the meat, lettuce, beans, corn, tomato, avocado, cheese, olives, and tortilla strips.
- Add the dressing and toss to coat.
- Top with sour cream, extra tortilla strips, and cilantro leaves before serving.
