The dressing

Instructions
- Combine rice vinegar, olive oil, and salsa in a small jar and shake to mix.
- In a large salad bowl, toss together the lettuce, black beans, grated carrots, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, scallions, and tortilla chips.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
