Instructions
- 1. Spray canola oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- 2. Once the oil shimmers, add the turkey and season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Break the turkey into smaller pieces and brown for two minutes.
- 4. Add tomato paste and flip the meat to finish cooking, breaking it up again.
- 5. Stir in chicken broth to moisten.
- 6. In a large bowl, toss together the greens, tomatoes, chips, and dressings.
- 7. Portion the salad into four shallow dishes and top with turkey, cheese, and avocado.
