Instructions
- Prepare the vinaigrette according to instructions.
- Chop and prepare the vegetables and cheese.
- Cook the ground beef in a cold pan over medium heat, breaking it into small crumbles for about 7 minutes.
- Add ground cumin and season with salt and pepper.
- Allow the meat to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss with the dressing.
- Serve topped with salsa and sour cream if desired.
