Chopped Taco Ground Beef Salad

Taco ranch dressing

plain Greek yogurt

ranch dressing seasoning

Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet on medium heat with taco seasoning and set aside to cool slightly.
- Make the taco ranch dressing by whisking together Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, taco seasoning, lime juice, and milk until smooth.
- In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, cilantro, red onion, avocado, tomato, bell pepper, ground beef, crushed tortilla chips, corn, black beans, and cheese.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Serve topped with additional dressing, tortilla chips, or cilantro.
