Instructions
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and process it in a food processor until it resembles rice.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the cauliflower rice, cooking for about five minutes.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, broth, garlic, onion powder, cumin, sea salt, and black pepper. Cover and cook for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until tender.
- Uncover, toss with lime juice, and garnish with cilantro.
- Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.
