The wet ingredients

sour cream

Instructions
- Whisk the first 7 dry ingredients together in a small bowl.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the sour cream with one egg, then add the remaining eggs, oil, and water.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and whisk until just combined, leaving some lumps.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat with 2 teaspoons of oil, wiping out excess oil with a paper towel.
- Ladle or spoon ¼ cup of batter into the pan, spreading it to about 3-4 inches in size.
- Cook for approximately 3 minutes, flipping when the edges lose their shine, then cook for another 3 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
